March 2010-finally writing again

Procrastination or prioritizing the next important task to do when growing a business-I haven’t decided where the blog fits in, but in learning about the importance of social media, I’ll try to put it higher on the list. Finally going to make it to a show this weekend since the last one, World of Pets, at Timonium Fairgrounds. At that show, I met a woman who has a wonderful booth called, Keystone Kelp Products. Lori has Norwegian Kelp which is a supplement for dogs and cats that contain a lot of the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that they need. Kelp has antioxidants that are 50 times more powerful than Vitamin E and is shown to improve general health, condition of skin, allergies, arthritis, immune system and regulating weight among other things. She also has beautiful stained glass dogs and cutting boards in different breeds, night lights, suncatchers, wooden intarsia and a slew of other products. So, Lori decided she wanted to add my tags to her store and we planned on my joining her at her next 2 big dog shows in Wildwood, NJ and Long Island, NY. The Long Island show was dubbed the pre Westminster Dog Show and was going to be a huge show. Well, the huge snowstorm that hit the East coast had other plans for us and we didn’t make it to either show. Then a few weeks later, I was heading up to King of Prussia, PA for the Super Pet Expo to be a part of another vendor’s booth and the last snowstorm decided to head that way.

So, finally, this weekend, I’m heading to Harrisburg,PA for Pawsabilities (www.pawsabilities.net)–a dog’s delight, with Dog Olympics, agility, demonstrations of canine skills, dock jumping, canine freestyle and much more! With an entire weekend of canine fun to benefit Susquehanna Service Dogs ahead of you, the pawsabilities are endless. (quote from the website) The flood watch is not going to keep me away!
